BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT WITH US
You can book your appointment by clicking on the ‘Book an appointment’ option, calling us at 020 3778 0236 or emailing us to firstname.lastname@example.org and paying a £30 booking fee (Booking Fee).
By confirming the acceptance of your Booking Fee you can proceed with booking an appointment with us.
We will confirm via email the acceptance of your booking.
The Booking Fee paid at your booking belongs to one (your current) account and it is held on that account. It is not transferable to any other accounts.
Your Booking Fee might be subject to deductions pursuant to our cancellation policy as set out below.
We operate a strict cancellation policy of 48 hours’ notice, (i.e. Monday morning appointments cannot be cancelled by email on the Sunday). Cancellations may be made by phone 020 3778 0236 or email email@example.com.
If you cancel your appointment more than 48 hours before your booked appointment and you do not wish to re-book a new appointment with us, a £5 admin charge will be deducted from your Booking Fee. The outstanding £25 will be refunded to your account within 5 working days.
If you decide to cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before your booked appointment, you will be charged with a £30 cancellation fee, meaning that your Booking Fee will be lost.
CHANGES TO APPOINTMENTS
You can change your appointment anytime more than 48 hours before your booked appointment by calling us at 020 3778 0236 or emailing us to firstname.lastname@example.org
No additional Booking Fee or admin fee will be charged for re-booking your appointment if you change your appointment more than 48 hours before your booked appointment.
Your appointment cannot be changed within the 48 hours cancellation period. In this case, please use the ‘Book an appointment’ option for booking a new appointment.
