BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT WITH US
You can book your appointment by clicking on the ‘Book an appointment’ option, calling us at 020 7111 0874.
We will confirm via email the acceptance of your booking.
We operate a strict cancellation policy of 24 hours’ notice, (i.e. Monday morning appointments cannot be cancelled by email on Sunday). Cancellations may be made by phone 020 7111 0874 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you decide to cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before your booked appointment, you will be charged with a £50 late-cancellation fee.
CHANGES TO APPOINTMENTS
You can change your appointment anytime more than 24 hours before your booked appointment by calling us at 020 7111 0874 or emailing us to email@example.com
No additional Booking Fee or admin fee will be charged for re-booking your appointment if you change your appointment more than 24 hours before your booked appointment.
Your appointment cannot be changed within the 24 hours cancellation period. In this case, please use the ‘Book an appointment’ option for booking a new appointment.
SECURING YOUR DATA
Dermatic Ltd has taken and will take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information.
Dermatic Ltd will store all personal data you provide on its secure servers.
When electronic payment is completed via a secure website or per PayPal, credit card numbers are encrypted. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
USE OF PERSONAL DATA
We may collect and use your personal data to provide you with our services, to bill you for our services you request, to market products and services which we think may be of interest to you, or to communicate with you for other purposes which are evident from the circumstances or about which we inform you when we collect personal data from you.
